Shortlist the candidates based on the educational and experience requirements of the clients
Talk to the candidates, find out if they would suit the particular position and if found suitable, assess their interest and then forward the shortlisted CVs to the clients
Coordinate between the clients and the candidates, schedule interviews, follow up for progress on either side and close the position.
Wherever required, we also do the first round of interview to make the work easier for the clients easier.
We also facilitate clients situated outside the city to conduct interviews at our premises.
We provide all support to the client as well as to the candidate till the latter joins the former.
Currently we work for insurance (both life and general), logistics, manufacturing industries and BPOs and KPOs.
We also undertake reference check on the candidates selected for appointment, if and when there is a specific requirement from the employer.
